Front Desk Administrator
The front desk administrator is responsible for not only bringing the patient and the dental team together, they keep your records organized, private and confidential, help you plan your next appointment, and help with your insurance and financial arrangements. Overall, they make your dental desires become a reality. Jill is the office manager/appointment secretary and handles your insurance needs. Jill represents more than 25 years experience in the dental field and is anxious to greet you when you arrive.
Dental Hygienists
Kathy, Kelley and Karen serve as our knowledgeable and skilled hygiene team who run the preventive and soft tissue management care program. They are dedicated to helping patients maintain their periodontal health for a lifetime. They are deeply involved in continuing education to stay abreast of new upcoming techniques and procedures, and are also members of the prestigious Russell W. Bunting Periodontal Society. They take pride in the often voiced comment “I didn't know getting my teeth cleaned could be so comfortable." They bring with them over 45 years of clinical experience.
Dental Chairside Assistants/ Clinical Coordinators
The chairside dental assistants are an integral part of our dental team. Rachel is Vander Beek's chairside chief assistant and clinical coordinator. She serves as Dr. Vander Beek's extra pair of hands and shares the belief and values in delivering the highest quality of technical care that is possible. Rachel will help make your visit comfortable before, during and after your appointment. Her duties as clinical coordinator is not only assisting Dr. Vander Beek. She is also responsible for coordinating sterilization procedures, taking/developing X-rays, impressions, assisting in TMJ testing, various lab procedures and maintaining the most up to date and modern supplies. Rachel brings over six years of clinical experience to her position.
